yet now he sees the dragon's dogma
Unbound by time; all-binding, grand design

I wish the male love interests in the game had their own special dialogue and cutscenes.

I love all the potential love interests in Dragon’s Dogma. Mercedes, Aelinore, Quina, and Selene especially. After all the quests and developments you do for them and with them it makes me all the more motivated to save them from The Dragon.

I think the game would have been perfect if it stopped right after Grigori’s death. The epilogue with the Seneschal seemed forced, unnecessary, and very underwhelming after the epic dragon’s battle.

I’m really happy about the fact that this game has dark magic available to the player. It is disappointing that this doesn’t happen in more games.

Have some thought for the Ur-Dragon hunters in Europe, guys. It’s bad enough we get the game later than everyone, it’s bad enough that because of our time zones we almost always miss Ur-Dragon grace periods, but to complain that it’s ‘unfair’ and you feel ‘cheated’ a few of the recent gens didn’t have GPs in YOUR timezones? They were finally at optimum times for us, and damn we worked *hard* for it and we didn’t ‘cheat’. You don’t own exclusive rights to killing the Ur-Dragon. *Nobody* does.

Say what you want about the game, but I still say Dragon’s Dogma has the best character generator ever.

I hate it when other players don’t bother to rate my pawn. I think it’s just courtesy to rate a pawn if you’ve hired him or her for ages. I do it, so why can’t other people?

Oh, hello!
I apologize for disappearing off the face of Gransys the earth for months
on end. This blog is not dead, however! It is very much alive and open,
so go ahead and send your confessions in. I will very anxiously post
them as they come in. Whatever was in the inbox before I disappeared
will be queued shortly. I apologize profusely for the delay!

I always feel guilty every time I have to kill the pawns that show up before fighting the Ur-Dragon. I feel EXTRA guilty if I had hired those pawns.

I get annoyed when I see posts where people whine about missing a Ur-Dragon grace period kill. It’s fine if they’ve been fighting the Ur-Dragon multiple times to get its health down, but most of these are those who just want to be there for the GP kill and never put in any effort to actually fight in the long haul, expecting other players to do the hard work. Get off your lazy asses and slog it out with the rest of us.
